Greetings! Intro and Stats/Cycle History

Hello all. Just wanted to stop by and introduce myself. I'm 32, 6', 192lbs at 11% bf, been training hard for 6-7 years now. I am in the gym 5-6 days a week and my diet is clean about 90% of the time. I try to be very diligent with my diet/training as I have a desk job by day that keeps me sitting for large portions of the day and I don't want that to get in the way of gains. Also a certified personal trainer. I would like to get to 210-215lbs and under 10%bf. The more muscle I put on, the easier it is for me to keep fat off- when I try to cut calories (which are already not extreme- 2500 a day, 45%protein/35%carbs/20%fat), my metabolism hits a wall. So lean bulk it is!

I have ran two cycles in the past with PCT.

Test prop 100mg/wk for 8 weeks
Arimidex at .25mg eod
Nolvadex only PCT at 40/40/20/20/20
DAA 3g ed

Took 8 weeks off, got bloods to verify recovery.
Second cycle, much more thought out, with more extensive PCT

Weeks 1-12 Test Cyp 400mg/wk
Weeks 1-6 Tbol 50-60mg ed
Weeks 9-14 Proviron 50mg/ed
Aromasin 12.5mg eod

PCT was 6 weeks
Clomid 75/50/50/25/12.5
Nolvadex 40/40/20/20/10/10
Aromasin 12.5/12.5/6.25 eod

Currently off cycle, doing mostly strength work in the form of Wendler 5/3/1 (BBB 3 Month Challenge with just a bit more volume) and doing some homework and planning next run in the Fall. Planning to get bloods and donate blood to help reduce RBC before getting on again.

Tentative Plans for next run- Lean Bulk in Fall
1-14 300mg Test Cyp/wk
1-12 200-250mg Deca /wk
10-16 50mg Proviron/ed
1-16 Aromasin 12.5/eod
HCG 12-16 500iu x2/wk
Caber on hand

Same PCT as before.
Would consider a cut on Low Test Cyp/Tren Ace in the following Spring.
