Hello
I am new to this website and I expect to have a Clear Professional Answer.
I have been training off and on from the age of 25
I am now 51.
My weight is 85 kilo.
To say I have trained many years there there is nothing impressive to see.
Small skinny legs. Good shape
Small arms Good shape
Strong chest and shoulders and back
And a abdominal and stomach now at 51 that is not hanging looks bloated and large.
I have visited the doctor and specialist and both say its old age this happens as we men become older.
Metabolism becomes slower.
Now to say I train often and I eat as healthy as possible I do not use alcohol or smoke.
I feel my energy levels is low and I am not training as hard as I should be.
Now I come to think about it that maybe my age is to play part with this and I am slowly turning into a old man.
Nomatter how much I try the energy is not there any more.
Now at 51 I realise that maybe taking some kind of steroid substitute could be necessary.
Although at 30 years old I would never have thought about this.
Training at the gym I have NO good results I train properly and correct just the strenght is not there in me anymore.
And I believe this is a result of my age.
Can anyone suggest any good advice of something that is not Aggressively powerful with Less side effects
that is safe.
Without causing me Extreme mood swings or Anger or exteme high blood pressure.
I am completely new to steroids and cycles as I never believed it would be necessary.
Also can you please explain clearly what a cycle is.
Any good advice would be very much appreciated.
I do take medication for high blood pressure Olmetec and Amlodipine.
My blood pressure is very stable.
So please take all these factors in account when giving me a reply.
Kindest Regards
David
