Just an intro I guess. From Ohio , I'm 32 years young, height: 6', 190 lbs wet with boots on. Was training for a Special forces program SFAS for Marine Recon/Marsoc or Army green beret. I can get size and thickness naturally with ease I'd say but I stopped going for size etc and started focusing on efficiency with HIIT sessions, drop sets, super sets, triple super sets etc. I supp with whey isolate, multi vitamin, BCAAs , fish oil and Moms Polish cooking. I'm looking to start a cycle of Test propionate 250mg blend and AIs. I know this isn't the place for questions I think but some of my questions will be
"wondering what the minimum dose is each week for awesome gains in all areas considering diet and what my sessions involve n the gym etc. can I get away with 250 blend once at start of the week. Or 500mg split up into 2 doses each week ( beginning - middle)" considering the esters involved and the actual amount of pure test in each ml with the ester fused 250 propionate blend "
