How about your triceps? Your arms are mostly triceps and u need to hit them hard to get big arms!

I am training for more than 3 years and i lift good weight and my position is also correct as i never lift weight which i couldn't handle.
I keep changing my routing from time to time.
From last 2 months i am doing-
    Back biceps
    Chest triceps
I cant do much tricpes because my elbows hurt very bad while doing Tricpes

How about shoulders or leg. And like the guy above said. Triceps are 2/3rds your entire arm. What's your diet like. What does your training session consist of. Rather doing biceps on another large muscle group day try having a day just for your arms to focus on destroying them 100%

Maybe your problem is only moving weight you CAN handle ?
Wahtever that means to you do the opposite, pick up the heaviest weight you can and rep 2/3 at the start of your arm routine with each arm

Going to heavyer weight with known problems it's not the best idea. You should find out why your arm hurts before you possibly damage it first

If you cant train the hard , train multiple times a week.

Yea man, I've got to agree with power info and BG. You got to get that elbow fixed before you can go forward.

I'm sort of in the same boat. i need to start tracking by tape because i think i've noticed a difference in my arms after dedicating a whole 60 min session to biceps. then on a different day dedicate a whole 60min session to triceps using isolation and compound movements. some of the guys on here don't like what i'm doing but i'm enjoying it because i get sore after a session.

    high weight
    low reps
less than 1 minute rest interval between sets
static contracting until I fail then to negatives until i fail there
    drop sets
one arm preacher curls for isolation

they are growing slowly. i need to put some heavy focus on my triceps though. if i wasn't dieting my gains would probably be better...

    "where's my tape"

I have also been dedication entire sessions to arms recently although 30min/30min bi/tri.
While isolation sessions seem to work well, arms seem to grow more or less in proportion to your entire physique in my personal experience, and since they are extremely noticeably affected by water retent/ glycogen, they can feel really stubborn to grow while bulking (and depressing while cutting).
+additional caloric intake +time +inclusion of compound lifts should eventually yield slow growth for everyone, but god damn it can be slow
You should try these things initially and see whether or not these is some other underlying issue that is preventing growth
