So I'm 19, I take my jobs and everything I do I do with passion and I take very serious. I hope some of you experienced members can give me answers or suggestions to my questions. Weight lifting was always my passion, from 14-17 I exercised 5 days a week, but didn't take my diet serious I just ate a shit ton of clean foods and lifted hard. Previous pr was 295x5 bench press, 495x5 and 135x5 strict barbell curl I was in my school's power club. I then got involved with the wrong friends and you could guess the rest. I now have my head right & I plan to reach my previous pr's before I consider stuff. Anyhow I plan to stick around I have much to learn, many questions and much time to go.
