22 yr. old male. Questions about my first cycle. Test, Tren, Mast
I am 6'3" currently weighing in at 174lbs. I was told and that if I want mass, strength, and just pure size that this was a good first cycle to take. 1cc of each every 3-4 days. How do i cycle on & off? Very new and just need direction and guidance. Also should I pair these with current supplements also?

wait a couple more years, but regardless dont use a bunch of compounds on first cycle. i would rec test for 12 to 14 week with an AI and MAYBE something mild added in like tbol or mast. but i would rec keep it test only first go around, DEFF no tren for a bunch of cycle, if at all

Whoever recommended that to a 22 year old as a 1st cycle should be kicked hard in the balls. HARD IN THE BALLS.
I weigh the same as you and I'm 5'8....and I'm 43.....I'd bet a dollar you're not eating right or enough.
What's your nutrition look like? BE SPECIFIC. Don't say "I eat pretty good."

I postponed my cycle start date due to the responses I got from here and some other guys that have been in the industry for a while. Taking the tren out, but ill keep Test.

Typical day for me
Breakfast 3 whole eggs, 4 egg whites, 1 cup oatmeal, protein shake.
snack 1. greek yogurt with protein granola
lunch 2 cups white rice mixed in with broccoli, or sweet potato. chicken or lean beef vary by the week.
snack 2. tuna with bbq sauce
dinner. sweet potato. whole grain pasta with chicken usually. steak occassionally.
bed snack. cottage cheese & pineapple
However, I do pretty intense labor for a living. I'm debating on adding in Rich Piana's Real food weight gainer for some added calories.
