    First cycle

    Hello, New to this page and have a few questions.
    I just got done with my first cycle running 500mg test e for 10 weeks and 30mg winni/ed for last 5 weeks of cycle as well as 12.5mg aromasin /ed.Last pin was 9 days ago so another 5 days and I plan on starting nolva. 40/40/20/10. I'm looking for information on macros I should have to help maintain gains the most. I'm 6' and 195 lbs at around 11 to 12% bf. Any advice is much appreciated! Tyia.

    Welcome to the forum, this is where your TDEE'S come in.

    Pct would be nolva 40,20,20,20. Clomid 75,50,50,50

    Any more Q ask in the right sub forum, for the best help as this section is just for intros.

    Welcome to the site sir. Nutrition for diet etc and I would think steroid section for answers to cycles etc. for building mass or whatever you want your body to look lie. The guys here are great and will steer you in the right direction.
