new to the forum

Hi all, I have just signed up to the forum and decided to get some more information about AAS'. Looking forward to all the great insight that are on these boards and from the members. I haven't cycled yet, but I have decided that it is something that I would like to do. I have been working out consistently for the past 2 years, so I feel like I have a good base to start. I'm 5'8" 175lbs and 18% body fat.

Welcome sir! What are your goals? Size, strength, definition? I used to go strictly for size and strength but now at 55 I am more concerned about quality of life and how I look and feel. Great group here to get you on your way.

Thank you JKW.. I've always had a hard time getting shredded so that is my ultimate goal. But I want to put on some more size first. I have read that the first cycle should be test only.. I think it shouldn't be too difficult to put on a bit more size before doing a cutting cycle. You're right about the group.. I have been reading the posts for the last few days and there is a lot of experience and knowledge here. I'm glad to have such a great resource available. Thank you for the welcome..
