Lol, lifted hard for 15+ years, made 3 kids, got two through college so time for me again. Kids made steady workouts tough but stayed decent till hurt my back 4 years ago. Two herniated one sequestrated disks.
5'5" 190 lbs down from 216 bout 20% bf now roughly. Trying to hit it hard and not break anything. Eating right and looking to find 175 to 180 at about 14% bf or so. Then see where I am looks wise and whats next. Dont need to reach old stats but looking really good shirt off would be awesome.
Cycled 5 or 6 times previously. Back in 90's with no AI or real PCT. Deca, Dbol and test mainly. Learning, plotting and planning.
