Hello everybody just wanted to do the introductions. 28 yr old 5'11 215 lbs. Lost about 75 lbs over the past year. I've been lifting for about 3 years now and I don't think I could ever stop. More into power lifting atm since my physique is shit after losing all the weight. My goals are to keep cutting down to a reasonable BF% and then get big as hell. Figure I should start learning all I can now. I've skimmed through a lot of the stickies and it seems like there is plenty of info on this site to keep me busy for a while. Thanks to all the contributors you guys are rockstars.
