21 year old who is incredibly new to this - need help
Hi guys, okay so as it says i'm 21, I'm about 160 pounds and have been gyming for about 3 years now on and off. I started off quite chubby and have managed to get myself to a relatively decent shape, but I just cannot for the life of my shift the little bit of excess weight off my stomach and I can't seem to put on that much muscle at all, no matter how hard I try. I wanna try steroids just to bulk up a little bit (not majorly at all), and I would really appreciate some advice from you :) Thanks in advance!
