Hey guys,
Long time lurker. Finally registered a while ago & here's the first post today.

Have been lifting on and off. But I probably look like I have never lifted a dumbbell in my life. Done a few home workout programs like P90X and Insanity a couple of times.
I have been reading up on all the threads that suggest that you get your diet right and lift everyday for a while before you try gear.
So, I guess that's the way I am gonna go even though I am tempted as hell to start with my first test only cycle. But I guess if I cant retain any of the gains I make, it doesn't make sense to start with gear. So, diet first.
