New Guy
Howdy, I just turned 39 and have been lifting for around 4 months (first time in my life). I'm looking to try to get back my physique from my Army days and add.
I started off at 280ish pounds and dropped to 250 before returning to 260. Alot of my flab is gone, replaced by muscle.
I'm here looking for information on supplements I can use to become bigger. I dont want to be huge (no competitions here) but Id like to get swolt.

Welcome to the forum, Have a look/read in the nutrition section. Great help/advice there aswell, to be honest you need to be training at least 2 year min before you start a cycle and at 15% BF.
