    New 45 y/o from AZ

    Hi, I've been learning for a while here but finally ready to get started. Started lifting when I was 16 and have been at it ever since. Always pretty thin and lean . Really looking forward to seeing what a cycle or two is like. Thx for sharing your knowledge!
