Been lifting on and off since I was 18.. New borns, work and others..
Started researching intensely last month, still have about 4-6 months of researching before I decide what to do . Just really posting to start showing progress for myself and you guys when I eventually do start my cycle.
Any helpful sites or articles would be great.. Ive looked at a lot so far still need info!!!
Blood work is good for using. Getting diet correct before starting..
I can get to 195 with a good diet and consistent workout.. Shouldn't be long until I get back to that weight. I'll get to 190-195 before even buying my cycle.
