Newbie athlete
Hi all, fit 33yr old lean 5,8 170 9%bf workout hard 6 days a week healthy diet. Want to take it to the next level and add some lean mass. Looking forward to learning. Thanks

Going to be smart start for first cycle and go test route and have everything in place for ai etc. If im in great shape pretty damn lean and for my size ago what mg/ml week and length would be recommended.
