Hi guys,
I'm Kelly (i'm a guy!^^'), 23, half-French half-Polish. Been training reguraly for 5 years, whatching my diet for 3 (with a 10month pause in the middle when i backpacked in SEA).
ATm i'm 66kg, 20%BF for 1m66. During the last 3 years despite my training and diet i have only witness a minor redistribution in my mass composition. That's why i'm now seriusly considering passing to the dark side of the force. ^^' So i'mconing over to get some advice and not do things to stupidly.
