    New member / First cycle

    Alright so I'm new to this app/site and I came here to help me along my future cycles.
    Here are my current stats bout me

    22yr old
    5'7
    190lbs

    Started hitting the gym April of 2014 and weighed 140.

    Alright so I'm on my first cycle and and the end is coming up as of Friday (NOV4)
    I'm running a 2:1 ratio of Test Cypionate (300) & Nandrolone Deconate(300)
    Shots are Tues&Fri.
    That's all no blockers or anything else just what is listed. I plan on cruising after my last shot. What exactly do I need to do to cruise and for how long? Do I need to buy any supplements, etc.?

    (I've tried looking in other Q&A but can't find what I'm looking for and I'm still reading on steroids in general)

    My bad I should have posted this in the proper tab...

    Welcome and I hope you dont run that cycle at your age.Read the young and steroids threads.This will give you some good info.
