    Unhappy Hey all

    New member here, I am 44 years, live in Norway. Trained a lot as a kid. from 15 until i was 20-22. Then i spent 20 years sitting working as a consultant.

    I am currently 94.6 kilos and hovering around 18-19% BF
    Started to read a year ago, and considered back and fourth. Its a big step for me, and not one that i took lightly.
    But anyway about 3 hours ago i did start.
    So far no pain or discomfort what so ever. Will update more in the correct forum later.
