    Hello, I'm new joiner

    Hi everyone, Elvis here from Hong Kong!

    I'm 36 years old with 161cm height and 139 lbs weight. I think my bf is around 13%.

    I want to be more and more bulky. Although I have no interests on bodybuilder completion, I'm hardworking to work out at gym, increase muscle size and eat clean food.

    My goal is to have a huge body likes Derek Anthony, Rod Roddick and Bill Baker! Please let me know any fast way!

    I'm happy that u guys reply my thread! To be honest, I feel roid gut is very sexy and manly! I don't mind to have a bb's body with big gut!
