    New from Boston

    I have been working out now for 22 years and have never done steroids . I am 38 and feel like I can't make any more gains. I am about to start a cycle of test-propionate alone. Any suggestions? Comments?

    As far as test prop i would 100mg eod for 8 to 10 weeks
    Adex eod or aromasin eod
    Maybe hcg 250iu 2 x week
    Then you need pct
    Maybe
    Nolva 40/20/20/20/20
    Clomid 50/50/50/50

    You're 38, first thing I'd do if I were you is get a blood test to make sure you're good to go
