    New guy here

    Hey guys I'm 19 training for 5 years now diet on point for the last 3 years, 1.80m and weight of 98.7kg, thinking about begginning my first cycle because I'm thinking about competing next year, help needed and thank you very much

    Awesome that you've been training for 5 years. Use this site for knowledge but don't go near gear for at least 6 more years. You're way too young to start and doing so can and very likely will mess up your HPTA system for the rest of your life causing you to be in TRT forever and possibly major sexual health issues like having a limp-noodle.
