I used these forums alot in 2011-2012 and used to communicate with gbrice alot about dieting and stuff which helped me a lot.
Ive been going to the gym consistently since 2015 september, and have started " power lifting since jan 2016. Here are some progress pictures as of now.
Looking to keep growing muscle and shedding fat, while building strength.

Started Madcow 5x5 2 weeks ago, this is the second time doing this 12 week program.
Any, advice/ critisim, body fat estimates /suggestions welcome!
Here is about 280-285 lbs around 35+% body fat

Here is now.. id say 25-30% 250 lbs just finished stripping off some fat through diet.

Goals for now are to hold body fat, and work on strength for the next while.
