    Hello new member

    Hello 55 y/o just been working out for about the last year and really finding it hard to gain anything, got into the pre-workouts and d-pol booster and had some gains
    Anyway I will browse around here and see what goes on.

    Welcome Mulberry. Visit the HRT Forum and read the sticky threads at the top of the forum. It sounds like you need full BW to determine if something is amiss with your hormone levels and anything else. In the Finding A Doc sticky thread at the top of that forum is a list of blood work you should try to obtain.

    Welcome Mulberry. I'm 55 also been on HRT since 1993. There's tons of good info on the site and a bunch of helpful members. Visit the HRT section. There's info in there to get you started.
