Hello All -- I just turned 43 and am in a part of my life where everything seems to be slowing down. I consider myself out of shape and need a diet along with proper supplements to get my body back in shape to play sports hockey / softball at a level that I'm satisfied with. These love handles and stomach along with a less than desirable chest are blows to my self esteem. I'm looking for anyone who can help me get started and motivated to get in the gym, eat right and hopefully be in shape by the end of April for a new season. I know it's going to take discipline and drive which I am 100% committed to. Thanks for reading and I look forward to frequenting these forums to get the most experienced advice to achieve my goals.
