Hi all - new member here in Upstate NY, USA. Been lifting with decent regularity for 5-7 years. By "decent", I mean that when I am lifting, I'm disciplined, plan/follow/document a good program, etc. My major flaw would be consistency - I will tend to go all in for 4-6 months, then drop off completely for 1-3 months.
I'm currently 32 years old, 5'9", 170 lbs with about 13% BF.
Looking to learn more about potential supplementation before deciding whether to give it a shot (pun intended)

The last is easy. except from creatin and bcaas the rest is horseshit. That includes the most expensive Whey proteins, U dont need whey if u eat propearly.
Aas wize it doesnt have to be that complex. Just start off with 500 mg testosteron each week for 12 weeks then ur good.
If you wanna keep your gains a litle longer when finishing u must learn about post cycle therapy and the drugs Nolvadex and Clomid.
If you wanna maintain good sexual behaviour during your cycleand boost your PCT, you need to read a little about HCG.
You also need something called aromasin or arimidex during cycle to prevent some of the sides and make your extra testosteron more efficient.
Ther u go...the tons of other concerns and theories are just for nerds:-)
