    Cool new to this

    Hey I m 46 I m at the gym 3 - 4 times a week, I ve made some gains and firmed up.. but I hit a plateau... I'm dedicated to this in order to get stronger and stay healthy I have no issues breaking a sweat.. Im here for any advice I can get.
    the only advice I have is to break a sweat at least once a day.
