If i were to start a lets say a testosterone cypionate cycle. I weigh 135 lbs at 6'1 and I want to get to about 165 lbs, how can I make myself look proportionate and evened out? I don't want to be that one guy at the gym with a skinny face, a skinny neck and a big ass body it looks obvious and disgusting as well. I don't know if they realize it looks ugly as fuck, but they think just because you look buff means it looks good, but it doesn't. That's why I just want to get to about 165 lbs because I want to make myself look proportionate. I want to get bigger as a whole. Not just my body. These guys at the gym its like they copy and pasted a buff body onto themselves and they think it looks normal, but it doesn't.
Here's an example of what I want to look like or transform myself into
I don't know if this picture was real, but look how proportionate and evened out he looks. He grew as a whole not just his body but his face and his neck.
I heard doing compound exercises will give you these results. Squats, power cleans, dead lifts, bench press. Seems to make sense, but what do you guys think. I'm sure you guys know what I'm talking about.
