Just wanted to give a quick Introduction. New to this Forum but not new to The Health & Fitness Industry. I am a former NFL athlete and current Crossfit Athlete (been active in Crossfit for over a year and a half) I am a S&C Coach that provides not only in home personal training services but also aid local Highschools in my area with the programming and advice. Have my Maters in Kiniseology, NSCA, CPT, CSCS, and Level 1 Crossfit Cert.
Looking forward to spring my experiences as well as learning more about all of yours. Health and Fitness is a journey IMO, and a continuous education so there is always something to learn....
Been on and off running Gear since 2000 which began in my NFL Career.... Currently Running a Cycle which i would like to share in another thread to just get your opinion. Again everyone has a different outlook on how to run what to run how much to run. The truth of the matter is is that everyone is different when it comes to running gear properly. Again what is "proper" for one may not be "proper" for another.
