I just had my first DEXA body composition scan yesterday so the above is as accurate as it will get.
For the past 1.5 years I have swapped weight training and eating healthy for drinking alcohol and eating fast foods - see current stats.
I sit at a desk 10hrs per day 5 days a week and the thought of my body completely transforming into the shape of a rice bubble with toothpick arms and legs makes me ill.
I am back in the gym now with a major attitude adjustment and a goal to surpass my previous biggest and leanest self and this time round I am open to performance enhancements not found on the local supplement shop![]()
