    First cycle, first forum

    Hey guys,

    Just joined like 5 minutes ago. Looking forward to all you guys have to offer. As the heading states, this will be my first cycle and I have many questions, so brace yourselves, haha.

    Stats as of 1/19/17:

    Age: 32
    Height: 5'6"
    Weight: 166
    BF: 11%

    Looking to add 10-15 pounds and drop 4-5% BF.
