    New Member Need advice

    39 yrs old
    6'5" 290 lbs
    24%bf

4 years ago going through divorce and a very physically active job be % was at around 12 - 14%. Well as the years went by test level dropped, been behind a desk and got fat. Started HIIT training as of late (2 weeks) got on a weight loss diet 2,000 cals a day veggies eggs and two portions of clean protein.

With that said I have a vile of Cyp 300 and liquid Var. What will either and or both help? I want the test as I got low libido, low energy and understand the test can help with fat to muscle conversion. Any suggestions?

I can and will take diet changes into consideration as well.

This thread is just for intro's so on that note, glad you're yere TB. I'd strongly suggest getting a full set of blood work pulled and start from there as you may be suffering from Low T. Either way it establishes baselines for you for the future which are really important. At the top of the HRT Forum is the Finding A Doc sticky thread, use the first set of BW in it.

If Hormone Replacement is needed know that it can have a dramatic impact on you both mentally and physically. Hit up the Nutrition Forum for some free advice from Nutritionists as diet and exercise is what you need right now. AAS and elevated BF% can = many issues.

Thank you. I did have blood work done. Forgot to post sorry. My free test is / was 2 months ago at 235. However with no health insurance that route not a viable option.

Try to post it up in the HRT Forum and let us have a look at it. Just redact your personal info. There may be a fixable cause for your low T beyond simply idiopathic.
