Hey all.
First of all, stats:
27/m/USA
5'11" 195 lbs (BF% probably around 20-25%)
Have been training and eating properly for the last year, but started training (half-assedly) around 3 years before that.
Will be utilizing Austinite's OTC fat loss protocol to drop BF% down to 8-10%
Then will be looking into starting a cycle. Been lurking this forum and reddit for a while and have read a few books/articles (ie. USH II) so I don't feel completely lost.
Really excited to get this process going!
