Ladies and Gentleman, I am excited to officially be on a forum. I've been perusing these forms after my first bodybuilding show in 2014. I am a recently discharged US Army soldier. I have weight trained for 12 years, 3 high-school football, 2 years under the THOR3 program for Special Operations, 1 year under Alan Hendricks (Head Strength & conditioning coach for the NSCA as well as a CO Olympic team strength coach). and the last 3 years I've been training towards bodybuilding shows.
Stats:
5'7"
194lbs
16-18%BF (as of today, currently dieting down)
S/B/DL/OHP - 450/370/430/250
I've went down to 164lbs at around ~7% twice in preparation for shows, one without drugs, and another with a prohormone and clen. I'm very aware of diet imporatance.![]()
Cycle history
After my shows I decided I wanted to become more competitive, so I tried a cycle under some guidence of my then-coach
2015 -
June - Aug = 400 Test C - 10 wks
Sep - Oct = Test/Mast/Prop -4 weeks
Oct-Nov - Clomid 50mg - 4 weeks
2016
Clomid - 50 mg - 4 weeks (Attempted mini HTPA restart)
Clean ever since
All my strength was natural, and holds current. I only did 14 weeks for show prep and ended up not going through the whole thing due transitioning from the Army to College. What I am looking for on this forum is advice on what I think to be ASIH ( Anabolic - Steroid - Induced - Hypogondaism ). I also would like to start looking around for a plan to start smart-cycling, but I will want to get around 10% before I even attempt. I also am at a cross roads because I think I might still have about 10lbs left before I start nearning genetic limits... (Maybe?). I will be posting my question to the appropriate form.
