    Hi guys, 51yr old male, my name is Zopig, currently on Dr prescribed trt. I'm 190 and 6"0 tall. Looking to keep fit and stay as young as long as I can.

    Hi, go to what ever sub forum that you want to start a thread in there, and you will see at the top left of that sub forum *post new thread* click that and your away.
