I'm Joe, I live in Vancouver, Wa. Former Marine Infantry. Just started working out seriously a year ago at 41. Now 42 lost 40lbs last year and leaned and gained fairly. My diet is on point and I workout 2 days, do HIIT the third, then repeat. I'm 6', 176lbs......thats awesome to even say. I'm looking for knowledge on how to evolve from here.
