Like too meet ya'll so please drop a line and say what's up. I'm 45 ex-athlete you just started back lifting. Goal is to be in masters division in classic or physique. Right now I'm 6'0 260 with 30-30% body fat. Was wanting some advice on enhancements as to what, when should I begin. I have been taking 500mg per week of test cyp, but missed my dose by 3-4 days and was wondering whether or not I should continue or wait a little bit and start over. My test levels were 390-420 pre- shots. Please advise and Thanks for any and all good advice.
