Hi guys/gals; hollering from the big TO, Canada.
First post here. Been working out for about 2 years now. Started off pretty skinny but it's coming along nicely now. Started working out to improve my self esteem and confidence.
It wasn't easy when I first started out and it's always a challenge to look in the mirror and see what others see but I never quit.
Thought I'd contribute my story here and help others while gaining more knowledge myself.
