Whats up guys, just want to give a short introduction of my self and want to get a few pointers and tips from any experienced members or even newbies who have/are going thru any bad experiences with bodybuilding in general.
A little bit about me
-Have been training for 10 years but only recently got serious 4 years ago
-Currently have never run a cycle but i am beginning to get interested
-I graduate college next month as well as turn 25
-Im not just here to ask for steroid advice but also nutrition and exercise advice
Stats:
24 years old (turn 25 next month)
195lbs
5'6" tall
Bench: 185 lbs x 10 reps x 5 sets
Squat: 185 x 15 reps x 5 sets (front squat)
Currently my diet is shit and to be honest i wanted to run test and tren to try to burn off the fat instead of having a good diet( i know my diet has to be good or else i wont see results on gear either, im just saying thats how my brain thinks it will be). I will post pictures of my current body later tonight but i feel that i have a pretty good foundation i just need to seriously lay of the burgers and pizza and hit my legs harder.
Can anyone give me advice on how to get started on having a better diet and getting stronger?
