Hi everyone I'm Jay this is my first ever post. Im in the Fresno area. 33yr old 6'4'' 210lbs appr 15% body fat. Im six years into my fitness journey. Started at 245 looking like I had never done a push-up in my life and a giant beer gut. I droppped down to 168 at my lightest, mostly using intermittent fasting and ketosis. Reintroduced carbs and uped my lifting to gain lean mass. Now that I'm more at a healthy body composition, I want to step it up a notch. I need help. I know nothing lol other than I feel like I've lost a step or two compared to my mid twenties. I train 5 days per week, mostly weights and basketball. I'm still learning the site so pls bear with me.
