Hi I am new to the site
I`m a 50 year old male I have been weight training for the past thirty odd years on and off as I am an ex rugby player
I`ve recently been put on 250mg of Testosterone Enanthate per fortnight by my GP
I am looking for advice and thoughts on the following plan I have been thinking about for running a cycle.
Week 1 250mg on Monday 250mg on Thursday
Week 2 250mg on a Monday only
Week 3 250mg on Monday 250mg on Thursday
Week 4 250mg on a Monday only
And so on for a ten week cycle then at the end of the cycle carry on with the 250mg a fortnight prescribed by my GP.
Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated.
