Basic profile of myself, current cycle info
hey, quick introduction im 23 years old 6'2 165lbs, i ride dirtbikes and gym regularly, always been a small guy, saw a nutritionist i was 130lbs with a verry low body fat % .. (i have all the the reports for specifics)
decided to start back up on the program (i have done multiple cycles in past years, got mixed up for a couple years tho) i started with t400 n decca for my first 5 weeks, because that was my main go-to in the past, then switched to:
TNT400, Decca, tren E, and test EQ about a week ago (currently 6 weeks into cycle)
(i am also on armidex and nolvadex and due to past inexperience i caused gyno as a teen..)
in the past month i have put on about 30lbs, i am hoping to atleast hit 200lbs by the end of this cycle (doing a 3 month cycle)
i was debating throwing in HGH this cycle or waiting till my next cycle..
PCT is still being planned and has not been ordered yet
I am eating around 3-4k calories a day when i can..(oatmeal and protein shake in the morning, chicken and potatoes throughout the day and protein bars as snacks) (broccoli, coliflower, carrots and mixed veggies) in-taking 1.0g of protein per lb body weight (160-165gr a day)
4Litres of water a day
multi vitamin every day
milk thistle every day
amino acid every day
hitting the gym doing the 2 a day method (depending on work hours/schedule)
doing 3 on 1 off (back n biceps, chest and tri, legs)
no pre-workout as of right now.
