Hey everyone, im just starting my first cycle. Im 29 and about 6'1 at 205lbs. I havent checked in a bit but i stay around 10-11 percent bf. Looking to compete for this time this year and decided ive taken my natural gains pretty far.
Being my first cycle im gonna run 6 weeks of 500 a week(pin twice a week) with ai. At the 6 week mark im going to see where im at and potentially add for another 6weeks.
Any feedback would be awesome and very much appreciated.
