Hi,
I'm 35 been working out on an since I was a kid pretty out of shape now. I've never done any gear but it seems lately diet and exercise just doesn't work quit as well figured I'd look into a boost.
Here are my stats
Height 6'0"
Weight 208lbs
Body fat just a guess 25%
I guess I'll look around a bit then ask questions but I'm open for any suggestions
