    Stopping by to introduce myself

Hello fellow Iron Gods / Goddess.

I'm happy to join the forums and becoming a part of the forum family. I'm 38, 5'6 175lbs and approx 12-13%BF
Been working out since my 20's nothing too serious. However, I am now looking to change that and ramp up my body to the next level now that I'm slowly creeping up to 40. )

I look foward to engaging the forum family here!

Welcome, this is certainly a place where you can do that. What are your goals?

Thanks! The goal is to add up to 10lbs of hard muscle while keeping bf within reason., I.e 10-11% if possible. Recent bloodwork (6months ago) suggests my levels are still normal. However, I'm becoming more serious about by routine/lifestyle and definitely think its time to take this up a notch. I'm well built for my height/weight/age. Though im serious about improving as I feel more of a mind/muscle connection, Something I seriously neglected for years.

It almost feels like i've only been pushing and pulling weights. As of recent, 2 yrs, 1 yr "more dedicated and consistent" I feel more dialed in and in sync with my muscles. mind and muscle now feels beautifully harmonized!
