Hi there (or G'day!),
26 year old male 185cm (6'1) 105kg (230lbs).
Started a fitness journey in Dec '15 after hitting 145kg (320lbs) and feeling totally miserable. I've lost about 40kg (88lbs).
Hit the gym 3-5x a week. Mix of cardio and weights (30-45 mins of cardio and an hour or so of weights)
Muscular but not toned build (I feel strong abs and pecs but there's a small layer of fat hiding them!)
Looking to bulk up and get toned (say about 10-12% bf)
Currently at 21% bf
