Re starting in my 50's
Hi all,
Im 53 yrs young. Used to train when younger however life got in the way, and stopped early 30's.
Been through a shit time with depression for a few years and lost my path in life, ended up a hermit and retracted myself from all social life.
Finally things are better, and really want to get back into training.
Now I know the unwritten rules re starting on gear when younger....wait until you plateau etc., however when older with testosterone levels lower and gains harder to get, whats the general advice before starting?

Welcome geezer. Glad things are better. Step one is full blood work with a competent doc and evaluate it for TRT. Check out the Finding A Doc sticky thread at the top of the HRT Forum and read up.
