New member from South Alabama
Hello all. Found this site purely by chance while investigating ways to help with back and joint recovery issues. Plus, I was actually seeing what Jon Jones was busted for and it looked interesting as to the nature of what it does. So now I'm here to see if there's ways to improve pain reduction while rehabbing a bad back and all the old injuries from a lifetime of wrecking myself from football to motocross and now jujitsu and judo. I'm not really interested in going full meathead, no offense intended, just trying to find a way back to where I was years before getting caught in that rut of life in general. You know, obligations that happen because of marriage, the demanding job and kids that eventually take all of your time, then "BAM!" You're in the worst shape of your life and all those little injuries are now nagging when you try to do the least little exercise. Don't know if I can find what I need here, but hope to glean all I can. Thanks
