    Tren

    Hey there everyone,

    I am currently on 160 mg of Test cypionate . I want to do some tren for strength and muscle recovery. What is the recommended ratio from tren to test?

    2:1 Tren to Test? or 2:1 Test to Tren?

    i'm running Tren Acetate at around 60/40 and finding incredible results my test is a mix of cypionate and enanthate for a mix of esters.

    Welcome to the forum.You'll no doubt get the "how old are you",and "how many cycles have you under your belt",and i would agree with them 100%.
    I'm new to gear,but i have read a great deal on the subject of late,because the more knowledge you have,the better the decisions you should be able
    to make.
    Many members on here have empirical knowledge on this subject,so listen and learn.

    Welcome there is nothing set in stone on how to run tren ! But many guys make the mistake of running tren long before they need to.We tell guys have 6 or 7 cycles under your belt before you run tren it's beacuse why would you start out with the strongest compound 1st.There are many misconceptions about tren like how it melts fat away.Sorry aas isn't a diet aid diet melts fat not aas.Hope this helps.
