Hello, and thanks for letting me join the group! I've been here many times over the past few years, and have read many valuable and accurate things here. Finally joined... I've been on HRT for about 9 years now, and have basically done my own research and bounced it off my endocrinologist for his approval, and have been able to get myself to a good balance with a, well, let's just say youthful, T level at age 50. For my age, I'm in pretty decent shape; 5'10" at 191 lbs, and 6.7% body fat (as of last year with the dunk tub test). I'm maintaining those stats pretty much unchanged for the past several years, and at this point I'm not looking to change anything. I want to find out more about cycling, and how others find it works vs. my steady levels 365 days. I was legit low (<200 at age late 30s, and <300 at 20). I'm in the Dallas area part time, and in Ventura County, CA the rest of the time.
